Do you deliver to my country?
The goods purchased on this website can be delivered everywhere in EUROPE and CZECH REPUBLIC.
You can see our shipping countries here.
For NON EUROPEAN purchase, please contact us here.

How do I purchase items on your website?
To purchase books and other items by EDITION LIDU customers has multiple possibilities.

A - Online Purchase - Credit or Debit Cards, Paypal Service :
Customers can purchase books and other items by EDITION LIDU online on the website www.editionlidu.com. The customer can view the order in the Cart. If the customer wish to remove any item from the Cart, it is possible by clicking on the cross next to the title of the selected item. Before checkout the customer has to fill in all the necessary billing and delivery information and to choose preferred payment and delivery method. The customer will see the total price of the order which includes the postage and packaging costs before checkout. The customer will be then redirected to the secured Paypal Payment service and complete the purchase. To pay, the customer can use an existing Paypal account or pay with a credit or debit card as a PayPal guest.

All payments are made through the secure Paypal service. EDITION LIDU does not receive and does not collect credit card information.

B - Online Orders - Bank transfer :
Customer can also place an online order on the website www.editionlidu.com and to choose the payment method by Bank transfer. The customer will see the total price of the order which includes the postage and packaging costs. To complete the order customer has to fill in all the necessary billing and delivery information and to choose preferred payment method (Bank transfer) and delivery method. After sending the order the customer will find the payment information on the website and will be invited to proceed the payment by bank transfer.
EDITION LIDU reserves the right to restrict the payment method available to customers based on the order value, shipping region or other objective criteria.
If the manner of payment selected by the customer is not feasible, despite agreed action on the part of EDITION LIDU, in particular because the bank account balance is too low to cover the costs of the order or the data submitted is false, the customer is held responsible for all costs incurred from a third party's involvement in resolving the payment.
EDITION LIDU reserves the right to use a third party to handle the transfer of payments. In the case that a third party is employed for the payment process, the payment process is completed only when the payment as stipulated by the third party is paid in full, so that the third party can then transfer this amount without reservations to EDITION LIDU.
The goods will be sent only after receiving the total payment by the customer.
 
C - Purchase in Person :
Customers can also purchase our books and items directly in person during our public events (exhibitions, fairs, workshops, etc.). The payment of the purchase has to be made in cash in euro or other legal currency of the country, where the public event takes place.

D - Other Points of Sales :
Books and other products by EDITION LIDU can be also purchased in other points of sales (Museums, Galleries, Bookstores, Designshops, etc.) which are listed on the website www.editionlidu.com. This kind of purchase is the subject of Terms and conditions of each point of sales and EDITION LIDU is not responsible for any discrepancies caused by the point of sales.

E - Downloadable products :
Customers can also purchase a downloadable product. If an activation key or other information needed the customer will find the it in the customer account on the website www.editionlidu.com. The customer has to take a good care of the activation key and other information about the downloadable product. We recommend printing it out and storing in a safe place. If the customer loses the activation key, he/she has to buy a new one in order to be able to use the downloadable product.

By purchasing and using a downloadable product (CD, DVD, Apps, Program, Pdf, ePub, iBook, eBook, etc.) the customer agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial or non-commercial purposes any content of the downloadable product otherwise it may lead to prosecution, except as specifically authorized in a written agreement by EDITION LIDU.

Do you accept Mastercard or Visa?
Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express cards and Paypal. Note: All payments are made through the Paypal service.

Do I need a Paypal account to purchase items on your website?
No, you do not need an Paypal account, you can pay directly.

How do I know that my order has been successful and will be shipped out?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation from sales[at]editionlidu.com as soon as you have successfully placed your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from sales[at]editionlidu.com as soon as the package has been handed to the carrier for delivery.

What is the delivery time of my order?
Purchased goods will be ready for dispatch in 24-48 hours (working days). Delivery time is usually 1-2 weeks (working days), according to delivery destination. Please see our Delivery information.

What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don't have my order?
Please note that Estimated Delivery Dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. There are many factors that can affect the delivery of your order. In some countries packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch or back yard, please check with your neighbors or family members.

Can I return my order?
Yes, our products can be returned within 14 days from delivery. Digital products however are not subject to right of withdrawal.
You can open a ticket in the Return menu. We will answer you as soon as possible.

I ordered and paid for the activation key but did not receive it. What to do?
You need to creat an account so you can go to your download and find the activation key.
You should also check your spam folder, sometimes the message can accidentally go there. Please note that it might take 24-48 hours (working days) before your order is Complete and you can access to the Download area.

What happens if I lose my activation key?
Take good care of your activation key - we recommend printing it out and storing in a safe place. However, if you lose your key please email us to support[at]editionlidu.com with your order reference and your request.

Can I share my activation key with my friends?
No. A single purchase only allows for single-user use. The activation key is valid for MAC and PC so you can install the game on your computer or laptop with a single key.
